Shipping & Handling
When will my order be shipped?
All orders received will ship no later than five business days after it was ordered (e.g., Monday through Friday with the exception of some holidays).
How are orders shipped?
Standard US delivery is through the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Standard Canada delivery is through USPS First Class International Mail.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Most US orders sent by standard delivery will be received within 5-10 business days from the day the order is submitted. Most Canada orders sent by standard delivery will be received within 5-14 business days from the day the order is submitted.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping is calculated when you check out, based on your delivery address. We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier for all domestic (US) standard deliveries because of their reliability and cost-effectiveness. Average standard shipping cost is about $7.99. Right now, we're offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $75 (not including sales tax) within the continental US and Canada.
Why isn't shipping free?
We charge for shipping (except for orders over $75) because we want to make your PRETTYPARTY products as affordable for you as possible.
Do you ship outside the United States?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return or exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com and we promise to offer you the best solution.
What happens if I want to return a product and the return is permitted by PRETTYPARTY's return and exchange policy?
First, we validate your purchase in the form of an original receipt or through our database by way of an order confirmation with customer name, order number, order date and order amount. We may require identification of customers as well. Then, we issue a refund that is credited in the original form of payment (except that we only issue merchandise credits for gift receipt returns). Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as PRETTYPARTY will not be held responsible for lost returns.
PRETTYPARTY monitors all returns and exchanges to identify possible misuse of our policy. On very rare occasions and only due to a high rate of returns by a single customer in a short amount of time, we might flag an account to protect our policy for all of our customers.
What are the procedures for a return or exchange?
In order to return or exchange items, place return product(s) in a suitable shipping container, insert returned item(s) and original un-altered packaging. Include the original packing slip or invoice with this shipment for verification of purchase. Once content is securely sealed in its shipping container, address to the below address provide. We do not cover the cost of return postage or shipping.

How and when will I receive my refund for a return?
We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of merchandise at our return center. All refunds will be credited or paid out in the original form of payment. Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.
What are promotional codes and how can I use one?
We occasionally offer exclusive promotional codes to customers who sign up for an account or through a marketing promotion. These premium offers provide limited time discounts on PRETTYPARTY shipping or merchandise.
To apply a code that you have received, proceed to checkout. Once you’re on the payment page, enter the code exactly as it appears in the "Using a Promo Code” field. Codes are case sensitive. Click apply to activate that code. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your payment summary. If the product is excluded from the promotion or the code is expired, the code will not apply. Only one promo code per order will be applied.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are unable to make changes to, or cancel, your order once it has been placed. However, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt, so long as it complies with our return and exchange policy. Occasionally, orders are canceled by our system if a product is unavailable or if we are unable to verify your payment information, ship to the address provided or detect that this is a duplicate order. We will promptly email you to provide notice of cancellation.

PRETTYPARTY hair extensions come in 28 different colors. Unlike conventional extensions, which attach below your natural hair, our hair extensions attach on top of your hair, so you can choose a color to match your mood or your natural hair.
How do I pick the correct color?
Our hair extensions colors are multi-tonal, which means they should blend in naturally with your own hair when choosing a color in the same family. Go a shade lighter or darker as your natural hair varies from dark to light. Since our hair extensions were made for the top of your hair anything goes! On our website, we try our best to show our colors as accurately as possible but of course photos can sometimes not be perfectly accurate in reflecting an object’s color, especially when viewed in different light and on different computer screens. So, if you're still not sure, you can visit our Color Match Page or email us a few high-resolution photos of yourself showing your hair and we will do our best in helping you choose the right color for you and your mood!
How do I wear PRETTYPARTY hair extensions?
PRETTYPARTY hair extensions are completely do-it-yourself and can be applied in 30 seconds or less! You simply take the hair extension and secure through, directly over, or around the base of your pony or top knot and go! What activities can I do with my PRETTYPARTY hair extension in place? Can I go to the gym, take yoga, shower, or swim with my PRETTYPARTY hair extension on?
Wear your hair extension with confidence to the gym, yoga class, dancing, or most other activities! PRETTYPARTY hair extensions are designed to be secure and low maintenance so that you can put them on and take them off quickly and easily. To make your hair extensions last, it’s better not to swim or shower with them. It’s easy to take your hair extension out and easily reapply.
How do I care for my PRETTYPARTY hair extensions?
We recommend that you gently brush your PRETTYPARTY hair extensions before and after each use, starting at the ends and working your way up using your PRETTYPARTY Hair Brush.
Brush and Detangle your hair extension before washing. We suggest using a mild shampoo and conditioner (sulfate-free ones work best) to wash your hair extension. You don’t need to wash it as frequently as your own hair; just when you feel it needs it.
Immerse your hair extension in cool water. Let soak for a few minutes. Use fingers to gently clean and rinse in cool water until all shampoo is removed.
Refill sink with cool water and add a small amount of mild conditioner to hair extension. Use fingers to gently condition. DO NOT RINSE OUT CONDITIONER. Remove hair extension and gently comb through any tangles with your fingers. Blot dry in a towel and gently shake.
Let your hair extension air dry. DO NOT BRUSH OR STYLE YOUR HAIR EXTENSION WHEN IT’S WET; INSTEAD, WAIT UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY DRY. ONCE DRY, STYLE AS DESIRED.
