For your security, your billing name and address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. An order that does not match these criteria is subject to cancellation. Shipping And Handling
All orders received will ship no later than two business days after it was ordered (e.g., Monday through Friday with the exception of some holidays).
Standard US delivery is through the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Expedited US Shipping is shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Standard Canada delivery is through the Canada Post.
Most US orders sent by standard delivery will be received within 3-7 business days from the day the order is submitted. Most US expedited shipments will generally be delivered within 2-3 business days after the order is submitted. Most Canada orders sent by standard delivery will be received within 5-10 business days from the day the order is submitted.
The cost of shipping is calculated when you check out, based on your delivery address. We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier for all domestic (US) standard deliveries because of their reliability and cost-effectiveness. Average standard shipping cost is about $4.99. Expedited shipping for US orders is $14.99. Right now, we're offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (not including sales tax) within the continental US and Canada.

Returns and exchanges
We gladly accept returns and/or exchanges of products but ONLY if their packaging has NOT been opened or tampered with, ONLY if the products have not been worn or otherwise taken out of their package, and ONLY if we receive the returned or exchanged items within 30 days of receiving your order, accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are not able to accept products with opened or altered packages or that have been worn or removed from their packaging.
If our policy does not permit you to return or exchange an item that you are not satisfied with, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to respond to your issue.
First, we validate your purchase in the form of an original receipt or through our database by way of an order confirmation with customer name, order number, order date and order amount. We may require identification of customers as well. Then, we issue a refund that is credited in the original form of payment (except that we only issue merchandise credits for gift receipt returns). Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

PRETTYPARTY monitors all returns and exchanges to identify possible misuse of our policy. On very rare occasions and only due to a high rate of returns by a single customer in a short amount of time, we might flag an account to protect our policy for all of our customers.
If you need to exchange an item for a different style or color and the exchange is consistent with PRETTYPARTY’S return and exchange policy (including that it is within 30 days of your original purchase), simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the color or product you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and otherwise in its original condition. Your new item(s) will be shipped out as soon as the return is received and processed by our system. Please follow the procedures below to send back your exchange.
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as PRETTYPARTY will not be held responsible for lost returns. We will also bill you for applicable shipping costs associated with us sending you your exchange.
In order to return or exchange items, place return product(s) in a suitable shipping container, insert returned item(s) and original un-altered packaging. Include the original packing slip or invoice with this shipment for verification of purchase. Once content is securely sealed in its shipping container, address to the below address provide. We do not cover the cost of return postage or shipping.

We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of merchandise at our return center. All refunds will be credited or paid out in the original form of payment. Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We occasionally offer exclusive promotional codes to customers who sign up for an account or through a marketing promotion. These premium offers provide limited time discounts on PRETTYPARTY shipping or merchandise.
To apply a code that you have received, proceed to checkout. Once you’re on the payment page, enter the code exactly as it appears in the "Using a Promo Code” field. Codes are case sensitive. Click apply to activate that code. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your payment summary. If the product is excluded from the promotion or the code is expired, the code will not apply. Only one promo code per order will be applied.
We are unable to make changes to, or cancel, your order once it has been placed. However, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt, so long as it complies with our return and exchange policy.
Occasionally, orders are canceled by our system if a product is unavailable or if we are unable to verify your payment information, ship to the address provided or detect that this is a duplicate order. We will promptly email you to provide notice of cancellation.

PRETTYPARTY hair extensions come in 18 different colors: 14 core colors ranging from Platinum Blonde to Dark Blonde, Light Brown to Black Brown, Ice Blonde to Dark Grey, Medium Auburn and 4 fantasy colors. Unlike conventional extensions, which attach below your natural hair, our hair extensions attach on top of your hair, so you can choose a color to match your mood or your natural hair.
Our hair extensions colors are multi-tonal, which means they should blend in naturally with your own hair when choosing a color in the same family. Go a shade lighter or darker as your natural hair varies from dark to light. Since our hair extensions were made for the top of your hair anything goes! On our website, we try our best to show our colors as accurately as possible but of course photos can sometimes not be perfectly accurate in reflecting an object’s color, especially when viewed in different light and on different computer screens. Wear your hair extension with confidence to the gym, yoga class, dancing, or most other activities! PRETTYPARTY hair extensions are designed to be secure and low maintenance so that you can put them on and take them off quickly and easily. To make your hair extensions last, it’s better not to swim or shower with them. It’s easy to take your hair extension out and easily reapply.
We suggest using a mild shampoo (sulfate-free ones work best) to wash your hair extension. You don't need to wash it as frequently as your own hair; just when you feel it needs it.
Wash in cool water and immerse your hair extension. Let soak for a few minutes. Use fingers to gently clean and rinse in cool water until all shampoo is removed.
Refill sink with cool water and add a small amount of mild conditioner to hair extension. Remove hair extension and gently comb through any tangles with your fingers. Blot dry in a towel and gently shake. Let your hair extension air dry. Do not brush or style your hair extension when it's wet; instead, wait until it is completely dry. Once dry, style as desired.
